How do I change the subtitle?
Type in Subtitle, under Book Title. It starts as the period your book covers, and you can replace it with anything you like. If you are also changing your date range, do that first — the subtitle can be rewritten when the dates change.
Where to find it: Titles panel → Subtitle.
