My Facebook Page doesn't appear — the list says "No items found"

If the Page list comes up empty when you start a book From a Facebook Page, Facebook isn't sending us any Page for your account. Two reasons cover almost every case.

The Page hasn't been shared with us. Facebook does this in two steps: it grants the Pages permission, then separately asks which Pages you share — and that second screen often opens with nothing ticked. Remove My Social Book in your Facebook app settings, reconnect from your connections page, and tick the Page when Facebook lists them (easier on a computer than a phone). You also need to be the Page's owner — admin rights aren't enough.

It isn't a Page. Facebook also lets you create an additional profile: a second personal profile under your main account. In the profile switcher it looks just like a Page, but Facebook treats it as a separate identity and gives apps no way to connect to one, so content posted there can't be printed.

If your content is on an additional profile, two alternatives work: print the matching Instagram account instead (it must be a Professional account), or use Facebook's “Download your information” tool to export the photos and build the book from Dropbox.
