What does Picture Size do?
Picture Size changes how large your photos are printed on the page: Small, Standard, Big or Very big. Bigger pictures take more room, so fewer fit on each page and the book gets longer — the panel says so itself: The book page count will be recomputed. A longer book costs more, so this is one of the two main levers on your price, along with the date range.
