Which cover template do most people choose?
It depends on the photograph. Full Page gives one strong picture the whole cover and is the easiest to get right. Mosaic, Chic Mosaic and Strip suit a year with lots of moments and no single defining shot. Classic and Centered put the title first, which works when the title itself is the point. Try Random cover if you want to see several combinations quickly.
