You made me one book per year — can I have it all in one instead?
Yes — set the period you want yourself. Open any of the books, and under Select the time period to be printed set the start and end dates to cover everything you want. The book is rebuilt across the whole span. The reason we split them is the 500-page limit: several years of posts usually go past it, and you will be told if yours does.
Where to find it: Select the time period to be printed, right-hand side of the editor.
