Not unless you have been through checkout and paid. Adding a book to your basket does not buy it. You can tell where you stand: if you have only used the editor, nothing has been ordered; if the book is in your basket it is waiting, not bought; an order exists only after you complete payment and receive a confirmation email.
Where to find it: Cart icon in the header; Add to cart in the editor.
