Should I include my written posts or just the photos?
Keep them, for a book about a year of your life — the captions and status updates are what make it read like a journal rather than a photo album, and they are the part people are surprised by years later. Leave them out when the book is really about the pictures: a trip, an album, a gift where the words would not mean much to the reader. You can decide either way in Choose Content.
