What decides the price?
Two things: the number of pages and the cover you choose. Page count in turn follows from your date range, your Picture Size, and how much content you keep. Cover is set in Options — softcover is the cheapest, hardcover matte the dearest. A longer book costs more in total but less per page.
Where to find it: Select the time period to be printed, Picture Size, Options.
