Can I make a book only from photos I upload, without a social account?
No. A book always starts from one of your accounts — From Facebook, From Instagram, From a Facebook Page or From a Dropbox folder — and Add content adds to it. It cannot be the whole book.
If your photos are nowhere on social media, the route is still Dropbox: put them in a folder and build the book from From a Dropbox folder. Then use Add content for anything you want to add on top — a few extra photos, or a written post.
