I unticked everything by mistake
Tick them back on. In Edit content you can work through the month and click each tick again; in Choose Content, select the categories so they read Selected and press Validate. If the damage is widespread, the fastest reset is to change the date range to something else and back again, which rebuilds the book from your account with everything in it once more.
