The editor is very slow
Some waiting is normal: every change to the dates, the content, the picture size or even the title rebuilds the book, and a book of several hundred pages takes ten to twenty seconds to recalculate. It is quickest to make your big decisions first — period, content, picture size — and leave the cover and title until last, so you trigger fewer rebuilds. If a single rebuild runs past a couple of minutes, reload the page.
