Why are some of my posts missing?
Usually one of four reasons.
- The post falls outside the period your book covers — check Select the time period to be printed, and widen it as a test.
- Its content type is not selected in Choose Content. Most types are on by default, so this is worth a look if you have changed them.
- It was posted by someone else, or you were only tagged in it. We can only print content you posted yourself.
- It is recent and has not been imported yet — Empty cache fetches everything again.
If the post is inside your period, is your own, and still does not appear, that is not normal. Write to help@mysocialbook.com or through our contact form with a screenshot of the post on your account and we will look into it.
If a post you want is missing and you have the photos, Add content lets you put them in yourself — as imported photos, or as a written post with the photos attached.
Where to find it: Select the time period to be printed, Choose Content, Empty cache.
