Why do all my books show the same cover picture in the library?
That is a placeholder shown while a book's own cover image is still being produced, not the cover you will get. Open the book, or use Preview, to see the real one. If a book you have finished still shows a placeholder after a while, open it and make a small change to prompt it to rebuild.
