I forgot to use my discount code — can it still be applied to my order?

A discount code is applied in the basket, before payment: you enter it at checkout and the amount updates straight away. Once an order is paid it is sent to production and the price on it can no longer be changed, so a code cannot be added afterwards.

If you only spotted your code after ordering, write to help@mysocialbook.com with your order number and the code — we will look at what we can do, though we cannot promise it in advance.

Before your next order, check the total at checkout: it always shows the exact amount you will pay and which codes have been applied.
