My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my book

A delivered scan means the carrier's driver recorded the parcel as handed over at your address, which is also what triggers the arrival email from us.

Before anything else, check the places a parcel tends to end up: with anyone else at the address, behind a gate, on a porch, in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour who took it in. Parcels are frequently left in a safe spot rather than handed to someone.

If it is genuinely nowhere to be found, email help@mysocialbook.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier, who can tell us where the parcel was recorded as left and whether anyone signed for it. That usually takes a few days. Once we have their answer we will come back to you with it and agree what to do next.
