My photos won't load — I just see grey boxes
Pictures load gradually, especially in a large album, so wait a few seconds before assuming something is wrong. If they stay grey: reload the page, check that the account is still connected under My connections, and turn off any content or privacy blocker for this site. Grey boxes on screen do not mean missing pictures in your book — check Preview to see the truth of it.
